Report an Incident

Help Keep the Race Safe for All

Kinetic Universe is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for racers, volunteers, and spectators.

All racers and volunteers are required to sign a Code of Conduct. If you witness behavior that violates the Code, or otherwise raises concern, you may submit an incident report using the form linked below.

This form is for conduct-related concerns only. Race rule violations, judging, timing, or course issues should be reported to Goddess Jen-O or the Race Director at the Finish Line each day. Misuse of this form may result in disciplinary action.

Reports are reviewed by designated board members within 72 hours. If immediate attention is needed, please contact a board member directly.

After review, a board member will follow up with you. Reports are handled as confidentially as possible and shared only as needed. Retaliation is not tolerated.

If a violation is found, outcomes may include a warning, removal from participation, or banishment from future events.
